I was looking on the net at different pro leagues in other countries and I found the BBL[British Basketball League].I was wondering if anyone has heard of it or has seen a game of it and if so whats it like compared to like our league [NBL].All in all I dont think its too popular in Britain and isnt probably one of the best leagues in europe but i was just interested in how our basketball compares to the brits

yeah we smash the Brits badly,some of our Aussie players were in the BBL but i cant remember who..
it will be interesting in the next Olympics the English would have to get some decent players in.

Justin Brown (ex Perth/Brisbane player) played over there, said its not half as good as NBL but is better than our state leagues... Was averaging close to a double double I believe while over there.

Ok thanks for the info i didnt think it was as good as the nbl ive read that the british public arent too interested in the league that much but on the other hand it will be interesting to see the olympic side the british deliver esspecially if Deng and Gordon [not sure about him tho] play

yeah like China they will have to put together a decent team,maybe naturalise a few good players.
