The scary rumor going around is that the Clippers are looking at Isiah Thomas as a possible coach/GM.
Most people believe the rumor was started by Isiah himself since even the Clippers couldn't possibly be this dumb. But then again we are talking about the Clippers.
A terrible move btw no mater how you look at it. He didn't have Blake Griffin at all. Chris Kaman is playing his best basketball ever, Baron Davis is showing up and playing hard and the Clippers are competitive every night.
I am also a big believer that you don't fire a coach unless you have someone already lined up to take his place who is at least as good or preferably better than the person you are letting go.
Dunleavy now has one of the best jobs in the NBA - being paid to NOT coach the Clippers.

Mike Dunleavy and the Los Angeles Clippers parted company for good Tuesday, barely a month after he relinquished his head coaching duties to focus solely on being general manager.
