Recently one of the members here posted a request for any teams looking for players in his general area.
I myself have had trouble in the past finding teams to play on at times and think that perhaps this thread would be one way of addressing that need.

So here it is, if you are a player in need of a team, post the general area where you live, preferred position and nights available to play here and wait for a response via the thread or through PM. The same goes for Teams, if you need a player, post what league you play in and what area, what position player you're after and what nights you play.

HEy i live near parramatta, even though i am in a league in penrith (we may need more players too, running around 40 minutes is HARD) i wouldnt mind joining another team more locally, i am 5'10 but prefer to play forward, instead of guard at the moment, only because i am the shortest in my team

Looking for a team in the western suburbs of Melbourne, i live in the Werribee area and thinking about getting back into basketball. Not looking for anything to serious, just some nice social basketball.

I am 15 yrs old and i am interested in taking up basketball as a career, is there a place like i have to go to for trials for some team or something. my dream is to get to the olympics bball team if that helps.

Try a basketball team known as the Sydney Spirit, they are fairly average from my understanding so you should have no toruble making the squad

Im in South Lake in Perth and looking for somewhere to play basketball. Im an expat from Scotland and desperate to keep playing! only been away 2 weeks and already got withdrawl symptoms!!

South Lakes has a basketball league im pretty sure, there is a stadium there which u should be able to sign up and they will slide you into a team...

Just join a basketball league. Try out for their rep teams, and go from there.
